Executive Director-Administration
Executive Director plans, directs, coordinates, implements and monitors activities of the FSIP organization to insure compliance with policies, directives, goals and objectives set by the Governing Board and funding agencies. Provides overall direction in all phases of organizational planning, personnel management, fiscal control, program operations, staff supervision and program evaluations.
Keeps Chairman and/or the Governing Board informed of operations and progress on a regular basis. Leads the organization in developing new and innovative services to achieve the Mission and Vision through opportunities for new business development, new revenue development strategies and new partnerships/collaborations. 


QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters Degree in Public Administration, business administration and Public Health Administration, or related field with 5 years Senior Executive level management and supervisory experience in Non-profit industry. 
Strong writing and speaker skills. Knowledge of federal grants and contracts. 

 

Contract and Grant Specialist-Administration
Under general supervision of Fiscal Officer, monitors the financial and budget activities of all program contracts and grants through the maintenance and control of financial records. Prepares and monitors program budgets for grants, contracts and other types of sponsored accounts, assisting with reports relating to project activities, revenue tracking revenues and expenditures for all such accounts. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field plus a combination of three years professional accounting and grants, contract management experience. 

Staff Accountant-Accounting
Assists the Fiscal Officer in the general management of the Five Sandoval Indian Pueblos, Inc. centralized accounting system on a day to day basis. Keeps Fiscal Officer informed of all activities. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Completion of Business College with strong emphasis in accounting with two years of technical non-profit accounting experience and one year supervisory experience. Management may waive business college degree based on two years supervisory experience and three years of technical non-profit experience. 

Warehouse Aide -Food Distribution Program
Assists in receipt of USDA commodities shipments to assure that the truck is inspected and unloaded within the specified time frame. Responsible for re-stocking of USDA food in the store area and delivery truck. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent with good communication skills and ability to deal with the public on a daily basis. 
Must be able to operate a variety of warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and delivery truck. 
Must have a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation. 
Must be 21 Years of age for insurance and truck driving requirements. 
You will be making a difference for the Pueblo communities we serve by providing food orders to their Pueblos or home deliveries. Must have some knowledge of computer system.
