Head Start Teacher Assistant-Cochiti Pueblo
Head Start Teacher Assistant demonstrates competency to perform functions that include: assuming responsibility for continuing pre-planned classroom activities in the absence of the Lead Teacher, administer planned instructional activities and evaluate children as directed by the Lead Teacher.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have completed the 45 hour class and based on Statutory Degree and Credentialing Requirements for Head Start Teaching Staff (ACF-IM-HS-08-12) High School diploma and: At least a Child Development Associate credential. Enrolled in a program leading to an Associate or BA degree or Enrolled in a Child Development Associate credential program to be completed within 2 years.
Head Start Cook Santa Ana/Bernalillo site
Plan, prepare, and serve all meals in compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, USDA, State Food Service standards, and Child Care Food Program guidelines. Purchase food items. Meet or exceed all safety, sanitation and nutrition requirements are met. Responsible for submitting food menu to Head Start administrator by deadline and ascertain food order matches with planned menu.

High School Diploma or GED. Food Handlers certificate.
Head Start Teacher Assistant/Floater Zia-Cochiti Pueblos
Substitute Teacher Floater position will cover teaching and cooking staff when unavailable. This potential team member will help in the classroom or kitchen, to ensure and maintain services to the children which will carry on at times we have an increased need to staff coverage.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED. Food Handlers certificate.
Food Distribution Program Director
Responsible for overall operations and administration of the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR) by directing, communicating, planning, coordinating, budgeting and monitoring of the Food Distribution Program and staff.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
BA in Business Administration. Minimum of 5 years work experience in a supervisory capacity in a food distribution or a federally funded program, can be applied in lieu of education background. Must be able to work with other Inter-tribal organizations within the State of New Mexico.
Employment & Training Project Director
Responsible for overseeing, planning, controlling and directing the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act program for the Native American population in the southwest surrounding Rio Rancho area. This position will be working with Native American Youths and adults to train them in areas of their interest to gain them work experience to help them advance them to career opportunities enrichment. You will work with surrounding Pueblos for job placement of participants. Knowledge of Budget and grants is needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
BA in Business Administration, Education, Sociology or related fields with two years' experience in an Employment & Training program or four years' experience in an Employment & Training program or related field with two years at a supervisory level.
